BREWER’S GARDEN
Barrel-aged Farmhouse Ale w/ 100% NY ingredients and Arrowood-grown botanicals. Featuring 7 herbs and flowers grown in our brewer’s garden along with aged hops from our hopyard. Fermented dry with native mixed culture, aged in wine barrels for 8 months and bottle-conditioned 6 months with maple syrup.
NEW MOON
Dark Farmhouse Ale aged in rye whiskey and red wine barrels. Fermented dry w/ native mixed culture, rested in oak for 8 months. Blended and bottle-conditioned for 6 months w/ maple syrup.
UNENDING CURIOSITY
Farmhouse ale infused w/ local oyster mushrooms. Brewed using 100% NY grain and hops and fermented dry in stainless with our isolated native yeast strain for 8 weeks. Bottle-conditioned for 4 months w/ maple syrup.
TABLE BEER
Aged Farmhouse Ale blended from American, French and Hungarian oak chardonnay barrels. Minimum 12 months in the barrel. 100% NY hops, grain and native yeast. Bottle-conditioned for 6 months w/ local maple syrup.
BLACK SHEEP
American Brown Ale brewed w/ 100% NY grain and hops. Fermented cool w/ our house ale yeast for 4 weeks in stainless.
TRICKSTER
Dark Lager w/ 100% NY grain, hops and foraged chaga mushroom infusion. Fermented slow and cool with our house lager yeast in stainless for 8 weeks.
ACCORDIAN – KEG
Wild Ale w/ 100% NY ingredients and native mixed culture. Fermented dry for 4 weeks in stainless steel
The Arrowood Outpost
The Outpost is New Paltz’s best kept secret! We are tucked away on Church Street right off of Main Street, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere to catch up with friends inside or on the outdoor deck overlooking Mohonk. The bar is the ideal spot to work the afternoon away while chatting with our friendly bar staff. Stop by and try one of our rotating draft beers or classic cocktails paired with a signature small bite! If you can’t stay, we have plenty of bottles, cans, and growlers to go!
