Olde York farm is a woman-owned and family operated distillery and cooperage located along the Claverack Creek in Chatham, NY.
Grain and fruit used for distillation are grown right here in the Hudson Valley to make limited releases of micro batch spirits. Our distillery is part of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House & Mill complex. Rensselaer also had his own distillery and cooperage circa 1805.
Today Olde York Farm Distillery & Cooperage resides in Rensselaer’s former carriage house. Our handmade barrels, made on site, are used to age our bourbon, whiskey, and brandy. On weekends our tasting room is serving cocktails, local beer, wine, and cider. Tours of the distillery and cooperage are also available on weekends.
