- Pulled Pork Platter: Doused in Defiant Rub And Cooked low and slow for 12 hours. A juicy plate full of hand pulled pork shoulder for you to enjoy.
- Smoked Beef Brisket Platter: Defiant brisket starts out with a generous dry rub then gets smoked low and slow for 14 hours over cherry wood.
- AMPLE SAMPLER: The ample-sized sampler is more than enough for just you. It feeds 2-3 people who love variety. Feast on Baby Back Ribs, Beef Brisket, Wings, Pulled Pork, and three sides, pickles, and corn Bread. Better bring a friend to share your food and beer with.
