Dashing Star Farm is proud to operate in a humane, sustainable manner. Their livestock are free-ranged on rotated pastures and fed locally grown forages and whole grains.

The lamb is inspected by the USDA, and the eggs are grade AA. The farm makes all value-added products individually.

Dashing Star Farm is a family-run enterprise located on the historic Stephen D. Wheeler Farmstead in the heart of the Coleman Station Historic District (listed on the National Register of Historic Places, 1993).

Dashing Star Farm’s edible products include lamb, herbs, vegetables, fruit, baked goods, and free-range colored eggs from naturally raised Auracana, Black Australorp, Buff Orpington, Barred Rock, Ancona, Speckled Sussex, Rose-comb and Single-comb Brown Leghorn, New Hampshire Red Hens, and Toulouse Geese. The livestock is raised organically, free-ranged on rotated pasture, and supplemented with locally grown whole grains.
