Lowland Farm takes great pride in its commitment to providing 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, lamb, and pork raised in woodlands. Its meat is processed in local USDA-inspected facilities and sold frozen in durable packaging to maintain the delicious flavor of grass-fed meats.

At Lowland Farm, animals are raised with the utmost responsibility, allowing them to graze the land sustainably. This ethical approach not only ensures the well-being of the animals but also keeps the prices of their grass-fed beef, lamb, and pork reasonable. Cows at Lowland Farm spend their lives outdoors, grazing on open pastures in Amity, near the Black Dirt fields of Pine Island, NY. These cows are a mix of breeds, including Angus, Hereford, and Devon, and are provided with grass in the summer and hay harvested from the farm’s bottom lands in the winter.

The heritage breed pigs on the farm are allowed to forage and are fed a natural diet. The sheep, which are “hair” sheep such as Katahdins, Dorpers, and St. Croix, naturally shed their wool and graze on the land by Blooms Corners Road. Lowland Farm’s animals are not crowded into feedlots and do not require antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones, allowing them to grow naturally and sustainably.
