BEEF SHARES
The Randall heritage genetics result in tender and well-marbled beef, thanks to the all-grass diet the cattle are meant to thrive on. The farm offers 20-pound boxes of meat, approximately one-sixteenth of a steer. These boxes contain a variety of cuts, including high and medium-priced cuts, ground beef, and stew meat. You can call the farm for help choosing a box that suits your preferences, or they can show you some options in person.
Little Seed Garden Farm has raised Randalls for twenty years to preserve the breed for future generations. These cattle are hardy, healthy, and naturally intelligent, thriving on an all-grass diet. The cattle keep their horns and tails at our farm and live outside year-round. The cows are excellent mothers; mothers and their babies stay together, and the calves are naturally weaned at about nine months. By purchasing meat from Little Seed, you are helping us keep this wonderful breed thriving in the future. Currently, there are fewer than 500 Randalls in the world.
