Pierson’s Farm is the perfect place to immerse yourself in seasonal delights. In September and October, visitors can relish the U-pick pumpkins, bask in the beauty of sunflowers, and savor the farm-raised beef burgers. As winter descends, they offer pre-cut Christmas trees and engaging wreath-making classes. The spring brings a burst of color with hanging baskets, fairy garden kits, and various starter plants, including vegetables, herbs, and annuals.
Alongside the seasonal offerings, Pierson’s takes pride in providing grass-fed (corn-finished) Black Angus beef, available by the pound or in bulk by the quarter. Their pasture-raised chicken and pork are also available by the pound, and they have free-range eggs on offer by the dozen, ensuring that you can enjoy farm-fresh, high-quality products year-round.
Settled in 1790, Pierson’s Farm is one of the Hudson Valley’s historical landmarks. Today, it is owned by Orrin Pierson, a seventh-generation farmer.
