Cardoso Cookies is an Online Cookie Company with no physical storefront, but it does offer local delivery and can be found at local events throughout the year. All products are made in a commercial kitchen with Board of Health permits. They are made to order for freshness and always from scratch, using high-quality ingredients and local Hudson Valley-made products—the result is a big smile when customers take their first bite.

The cookies are baked to order, and the company ships Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only to ensure customers receive their cookies the same week they order them and to ensure timely delivery by the postal system over the weekend. The package should arrive 1-3 days after being sent, although the company cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates due to the possibility of sorting errors/mishandling by USPS.
