The Crisp Cannoli Bakery and Cafe is a family-owned business that proudly serves time-tested recipes perfected in their grandmother’s kitchen. They offer a full line of pastries, donuts, croissants, cookies, pies, and cheesecakes, all made from scratch and representing the best of their Italian family tradition.
The business began as a small pastry shop over a decade ago, expanded to catering, and opened a cafe and deli on Columbia Turnpike in Schodack, New York, in 2018. Due to tremendous local support, they quickly outgrew the space and, in 2020, moved to their current location on Springhurst Drive in East Greenbush, New York.
Regardless of the kitchen’s size, the business has remained committed to using the best and freshest ingredients, locally sourced when possible, always made by your hometown bakers. Being a good community partner is their hallmark.
