Kevin Halim, owner and head baker of Kelly’s Bakery, named the establishment in honor of his cherished dog, Kelly. He has a passion for baking and has gained invaluable experience at renowned restaurants nationwide, including COI in California, Blue Hill at Stone Barn in New York, and Tasting Counter in Massachusetts. His dedication and skill mark his journey in the culinary world.
Kevin earned his Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2010 and later completed his Baking and Pastry Arts Management studies at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 2015. His commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every product from Kelly’s Bakery.
