Brandenburg Bakery, near the edge of Main Street, is a little slice of classical German baking. Take a seat on the couch or quaint tables, while enjoying confections, bagels, freshly baked bread, hot coffee or homemade soup.
Sarah Flynn was trained in Germany as pastry baker and graduated from culinary trade school cologne in 2001.
Almost all recipes are traditional German or are heirloom family recipes from Sarah’s Mother and Grandmother such as the traditional Butter Cake. Brandenburg Bakery has a wide range of more than 60 products available that are all made in house with only the best ingredients, never made with shortenings, always made with butter and no GMO products.
