Equine Advocates Public Open Day is an event that offers visitors the chance to spend some quality time with over 80 rescued horses, donkeys, mules, ponies, and several retired Military Working Horses. The sanctuary, which covers an area of 140 acres, provides a perfect opportunity to learn about the animals and their stories through guided tours.

The sanctuary staff is always ready to answer visitors’ questions about the animals and their care. Additionally, visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy it by the pond, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind.
