Dave’s Backyard Skewers is a new food pop-up on route 97 in Cochecton, NY, featuring Chinese style meat skewers. Beef, Chicken, and Lamb seasoned with a mix of more than 20 spices, then grilled over charcoal flame.
We also serve all beef hot dogs, fries and soft drinks for those who prefer. In need of a pick me up? We have cold-brewed iced coffee and iced tea, or have a refreshing fresh fruit smoothie. Enjoy the snacks in our spacious backyard, with plenty of social distance and scenic views of the old Rockfeller pump house.
