Hera’s Farm is a picturesque 1830 country farmhouse and barns wedding venue that spans over 16 acres of breathtaking mountain views, pastures, an orchard, swimming ponds, streams, and waterfalls.

The farm can accommodate up to 125 guests and offers several beautiful sites for couples to exchange their vows. Whether you choose to have your ceremony by the pond or in the circle of the orchard, you can be sure that your special day will be unforgettable.

Hera’s Farm is famous for weddings, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. The large field encircled by mountains and the field by the pond are favorite sites for wedding vows. You can have your reception beneath a tent above the pond, with an excellent wood floor for dancing in the Big Barn afterward.

One of the unique features of Hera’s Farm is the charming farmhouse, where your wedding party can dress for the occasion. The farmhouse exemplifies comfortable country living, with a west-facing porch, open kitchen and living area, tin ceilings, wood floors, and white walls.

The Big Barn is the main attraction, measuring 60′ x 55′ with a 35′ ceiling and a hayloft perfect for dancing. The Small Barn is 30′ x 24′ and is ideal for your caterer. The barns are surrounded by beautiful gardens, which provide an excellent backdrop for your wedding photos.

Hold your print or film shoot here at Hera’s Farm. “American Eagle” had a very successful weeklong shoot. Local caterers such as Oriole 9, Cucina, Bear Cafe, and Terrapin will serve you.

Some details that were helpful for the shoot:

• Bathroom and room for Hair/Make-up in the house
• A porta potty would be a good idea and can be situated in an open storage shed halfway between the two Barns. There are several local suppliers available.
• Electric for the barns and property
• The Small Barn has 220 electricity, and the Big Barn has 110 electricity.
• There is enough electricity in the Big Barn for DJs and bands.
• The Small Barn has a concrete floor, water, 110, and 220 electricity, making it ideal for caterers.

Available Barn Spaces

• The main bay of the Big Barn is 20 feet wide and 50 feet long. It’s over 30 feet to the apex of the roof. It is open to the side bays and the hay loft above.
• Our location may be rented for several hours or days. We require insurance for each event.
• Available exteriors of on-site buildings, landscape features, interesting farm vehicles, tools, etc.
• Hayrides available by request.
