PRIME BEEF BRISKET
Hickory wood-smoked USDA prime beef brisket. Smoked low & slow for up to 14 hours a day. Choose a cut that’s fatty, lean, or in-between.

CAROLINA PULLED PORK
Pork shoulders are delicately seasoned, dry rubbed, and smoked fresh daily for up to 14 hours. Then, it’s pulling it for that incredible, smoky BBQ taste.

ST. LOUIS RIBS
They season their ribs with homemade rub and then smoke them in cherry wood for up to 6 hours. Pick a 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack or a full rack.

SMOKED FREE-RANGE CHICKEN…PICK CLASSIC SMOKED OR SMOKED JERK
Free-range birds are seasoned and then smoked fresh daily with apple wood. You can choose Classic Smoked or, for a bit more heat, Smoked Jerk.

SMOKED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
