Pik Nik BBQ creates mouthwatering, soul-satisfying BBQ. Their meats are smoked fresh daily and served dry rub. Prime Beef Brisket, Carolina Pulled Pork, St. Louis Ribs, Free Range Chickens, Smoked Chicken Wings, and Andouille Sausage make up their daily selection of meats. Every meal comes with their famous, homemade OG ‘cue sauce on the side.
All sides are made fresh daily. Some are traditional, others are creative takes… but none, absolutely none, are ever dull.

PRIME BEEF BRISKET
Hickory wood smoked USDA prime beef brisket. Smoked low & slow for up to 14 hours a day. Choose a cut that’s fatty, lean, or in-between.
CAROLINA PULLED PORK
Our pork shoulders are delicately seasoned, dry rubbed & smoked fresh daily for up to 14 hours. And then we pull it for that incredible, smoky, BBQ taste.
ST. LOUIS RIBS
We season our ribs with our homemade rub and then smoke them, in cherry wood, for up to 6 hours. Pick a 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack or a full rack.
SMOKED FREE RANGE CHICKEN…PICK CLASSIC SMOKED OR SMOKED JERK
Our free range birds are seasoned up and then smoked fresh daily with apple wood. Your job is to choose Classic Smoked or, for a bit more heat, Smoked Jerk.
SMOKED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
You either love sausage or you’re about to! Our Andouille sausage is big and smoked fresh daily for up to 4 hours.
BUTTERMILK FRIED FREE RANGE CHICKEN
The secret’s out! Our fried chicken sells out fast! Crispy on the outside, meaty on the inside, our fried chicken is a customer favorite. Call ahead because we fry your bird on the spot (no pre-frying here)!
