Chef Parker, a proud native of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is at the helm. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has 27 years of experience as a Corporate Executive Chef with Whitsons Culinary Group. His culinary journey has taken him all over the globe, where he has created dishes inspired by Italy, Asia, Mexico, and beyond.

The vibe at Big Daddy’s is all about sports because the Parker family loves the game—everyone’s played and thrived in their way. Chef Parker is primarily known in the community for his softball skills. He was such a force on the pitcher’s mound that everyone started calling him “Big Daddy.” So, whether you’re there for the BBQ or to catch up on sports, you’ll feel the passion and camaraderie!
