The Filling Station is a small burger shack originally a gas station and roadside eatery in 1928. It recreates the amazing, comforting, and simple experience of bygone times with a unique proprietary burger blend made of all-natural brisket, hanger steak, and short rib, cooked to medium perfection without antibiotics or hormones. The burger doesn’t get any better than this except when you add their fresh, delicious fries, hand-cut potatoes, and double-fried to a crisp outer shell.
