Fat Paulie’s Delicatessen is a Long Island style deli specializing in deli meats, homemade mozzarella, pasta specials, heroes, salads and more.
Fat Paulie’s is a throwback to when things were done the right way without taking shortcuts. Everything at the deli is made in-house using traditional methods and preparations including all prepared deli salads, stocks, sauces and soups. Fresh bread is delivered every single day from Anthony & Sons Italian Bakery downstate. Yesterday’s bread is used as breadcrumbs and croutons.
Fresh mozz is made every single day from local milk. All meats are roasted in-house and imported salumi is meticulously sourced from all over Italy. Sandwiches are made one-at-a-time with the meat sliced to order. The deli is well known for its fresh sandwich ingredients and for the large size sandwiches that are handmade one at a time when ordered. The menu leans toward Italian fare with a mix of American classics.

- Italian Mix – Nitrate-free ham, spicy cappy, Genoa salami, imported mortadella, imported prosciutto, sharp provolone, shaved red onion, lettuce, oregano, oil & vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil.
- Ham El Eme – Nitrate-free ham, El Eme sauce (slightly spicy house-made sauce), mayo, lettuce.
- Pressed Italian Tuna – Select yellowfin tuna mixed with extra-virgin olive oil, celery, lemon zest, Aleppo pepper and parsley. Topped with shaved red onion, arugula and served on a pressed Italian hero.
- Hangover Special – Spaghetti with Sunday Gravy, bits of pork and beef, gobs of butter, served on an Italian hero.
- Porchetta Hero with Mozz – Thinly sliced Porchetta, our fresh mozz, arugula, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest and Calabrian long hot chile peppers served on a fresh Anthony & Sons hero roll.
- Chicken Parm over Spaghetti – Our hand cut, hand breaded chicken parm with San Marzano tomato sauce and our fresh mozz made daily served over spaghetti.
- Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad – Bowtie pasta, Tuscan kale, house-made fresh mozz, pine nuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano, sun-dried tomato pesto, basil, extra-virgin olive oil.
- Dried Cherry and Toasted Walnut Chicken Salad – Chicken salad mixed with dried cherries, toasted walnuts with celery and mayo.
