Their pizzas are a delightful fusion of their experiences working in New York City and Rome, Italy.
One of the things that sets Hare’s Hollow apart from other pizzerias is its unique dough-making process. They use local flour and cold ferment their dough for 72 hours. This results in a flavorful, airy, and easily digestible crust that customers rave about.
