Putting it all together wasn’t a quick process—it took about a year for the sketches to transform into the finished product they are proud of. The oven is towed by a ’96 Dodge pick-up truck powered by veggie oil because they’re all about sustainability. This trusty truck has quite the travel history, having journeyed to Florida and Austin, Texas. Now, it’s comfortably settled in upstate New York, focusing on catering private events and weddings throughout NYC, the Hudson Valley, and Westchester.
They’ve built a reputation for crafting mouth-watering pizzas that people rave about, all while celebrating local ingredients and flavors.
