The Roaming Wood fired Pizza Truck uses hand-tossed dough to make authentic thin crust wood fired pizza using only the freshest ingredients.
For Pizzaiolo Peter Rossignuolo, the art of pizza making started in Calabria, Italy. His Italian grandmother would show him how to prepare the wood-fired oven and make fresh dough and tomato sauce to prepare amazing pizzas.
During high school, he had the honor of working for Nonna Teresa Pizzeria. This is where he learned his New York-style pizza skills. Combining these two talents, Peter created his own style of Italian New York Wood Fired Pizza, which so many today enjoy.
Mounted on a 1950 International Harvester truck is a Roaming Wood Fired Pizzeria! The imported Italian oven fires up to 800 degrees, making great-tasting traditional and Artisan Pizza. The truck can cater to birthdays, graduations, Bat Mitzvah, weddings, corporate events, golf outings, or special occasions.
