  • Falafel – Croquets of ground chickpeas, garlic, cilantro, onion and coriander. Flash fried and served with hummus.
  • Tzatziki – A dip made of sour cream, grated cucumber, fresh dill and garlic.
  • Baba Ghanoush – A roasted eggplant puree with tahini, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic.
