Harvest & Hearth is the Saratoga Region’s first artisan wood-fired pizza restaurant. They proudly serve 100% wood-fired pizzas with fresh, natural, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Since opening their doors in 2008, their mission has been clear: focus on doing one thing exceptionally well—pizza.
While many competitors might complicate their menus, Harvest & Hearth keeps it simple. Alongside their signature pizzas, they whip up delicious homemade soups and some of the biggest, freshest salads you’ll find in town. Plus, they offer a selection of delightful desserts, beer, and wine to round out the dining experience.
However, its stunning waterside location sets the restaurant apart. Diners enjoy their meals while taking in beautiful views of Fish Creek as the sun sets on the horizon. The area is alive with activity, whether rowers gliding by in the morning or paddlesport enthusiasts enjoying the water throughout the day. And for those who appreciate nature, it’s not uncommon to spot herons, geese, and even bald eagles soaring overhead. - Olivia’s Organic Pizza: A garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil base, natural whole milk mozzarella and asiago cheeses, and fresh organic herbs.
- Applegate Farms Pepperoni Pizza: Homemade organic tomato sauce with nitrate-free pepperoni, all-natural whole milk mozzarella and asiago cheeses, and fresh organic herbs.
- Sammy’s Free Range BBQ Chicken Pizza: BBQ sauce, grilled free-range chicken, red onion, all-natural whole-milk mozzarella and smoked gouda cheeses, and fresh organic herbs.
- Hot House Pizza: Buffalo sauce has grilled free-range chicken, red onion, all-natural whole milk mozzarella and crumbled Danish blue cheese, and fresh organic herbs.
- The Shrooms Pizza: Garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil base is topped with a wild mushroom blend, caramelized onions, all-natural fontina and mozzarella cheeses, and fresh organic herbs.
- The Natural Pizza: Sun-dried tomato pesto, caramelized onions, organic mushrooms, nitrate-free maple fennel chicken and turkey sausage, all-natural whole milk mozzarella, and fresh organic herbs.
