The West Side Sports Bar & Grill In Saratoga Springs

The West Side Sports Bar & Grill has built a solid reputation for being one of Saratoga Springs go to bars for fun and good food.

Described by many locals as a humble, friendly neighborhood place, The West End sports a multitude of televisions for watching games and a solid menu of pub food to go along with it. The beer list is extensive and the prices are considered by most patrons to be “fair”.

Dining is available both indoors and outside on the patio. The vibe is said to be casual and friendly. There are a number of special days that include a trivia night, Jack Daniels and burger Tuesdays, tacos and margaritas Wednesday and Wings and White Claw Thursday.

Trunketta Bruschetta – Tomatoes, onions, fresh mozzarella, basil, and garlic on french baguettes. (Named for the trunkettes from “saratoga trunk”)
Portobello Parm – Two breaded portobello mushrooms, deep fried, topped with marinara sauce & mozzarella.
\Nachos – Choice of chicken or seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, black olives jalapenos, scallions, and cheddar cheese on a bed of tortilla chips with sour cream and salsa.
Atkins Burger Salad – Half pound certified angus burger served over a green salad with tomatoes, mandarin oranges, cucumbers, carrots, red onions, bacon bits, and choice of dressing.
Cranberry Cashew Salad – Grilled chicken breast, mixed spring lettuce, red onion, red peppers, cashews and cranberries. served with honey mustard dressing.
French Onion Soup – Traditional onion soup with french bread and covered with melted swiss.
Buffalo Calamari – Fried calamari tossed with our buffalo sauce, scallions, and crumbled bleu cheese.
“Hot Mess” Burger – American cheese, lettuce, tomato, sweet potato fries, bacon, jalapeno relish, pickles, and a side of russian dressing.
Jack Daniels Burger – Topped with cheddar cheese, sauteed onion and bacon covered with jack daniels sauce.
Fish Fry Sandwich – North atlantic haddock, freshly battered and fried, served on hearty soft roll. served with tarter or cocktail sauce.
Black Forest Sandwich – Grilled rye, roast beef, swiss cheese, russian dressing, and coleslaw.
Spinach Chicken Sandwich – Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh spinach and provolone cheese, served on a hard roll.
