Verdile’s Restaurant is the longest-standing, multi-generational Italian-American restaurant in Troy. They began as a very small operation started by native Italian husband and wife, Raphael and Frances Verdile in 1943.
Verdile’s provides a nostalgic atmosphere that offers affordable prices while delivering black tie, attentive service, reminiscent of years past. The staff always adhere to the basic philosophy established by Frances and Raphael Verdile so many years ago – “quality food, cleanliness and efficient service at reasonable prices”.
