Tree Juice Maple Syrup - In Various Flavors From The Catskills

Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is produced at Lazy Crazy Acres Farm in the Drybrook Valley of the Catskill Mountains of New York. The Fairbairn family has been the proud owners and operators of this 100+ acre farm since the 1930s. In 2012, the family revitalized the sugar shack that had been unused for years and began producing Tree Juice Maple Syrup™. Approximately 8,000 maple trees on the farm’s rolling hills are tapped yearly, and the sap is directed through miles of tubing to the sugar house. There, a wood-fired evaporator transforms it into the beloved syrup.

Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ launched the first Maple Syrup CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Although this system of agricultural business is shared among vegetable farmers, it had not been widely used for maple syrup before. Customers can pre-pay for a small or large share.
