Founded in 1929, the Music Conservatory of Westchester is the oldest and largest community arts school in a five-county region comprising Westchester, Rockland, Bronx, Putnam and Fairfield, Conn., counties. Each year the Conservatory serves 3,000 students: 900 in its White Plains facility, and 2000+ public school and disabled students who participate in outreach programs.
